The problem

Symptoms men over 35 don't have to live with.

Testosterone declines roughly one percent per year after age 30. By 45, most men's free testosterone is meaningfully below where it was a decade ago. The symptoms are easy to dismiss until they aren't.

Persistent fatigue

The kind that doesn't respond to sleep. Eight hours in bed, exhausted by 2pm.

Brain fog

Words that don't come, focus that won't hold, work that takes twice as long.

Loss of drive

Libido, motivation, ambition — all of it dimmed in ways that are hard to articulate.

Body composition shift

Muscle that's harder to build. Fat that won't budge no matter how clean the diet.

Mood and irritability

Shorter fuse, lower baseline. Patience that used to be effortless.

Poor recovery

Workouts that wreck you for three days. Sleep that doesn't restore.

How it works

Three steps. No clinic visits.

Comprehensive lab panel

At-home phlebotomy or a fast walk-in at any Quest Diagnostics location. We measure total and free testosterone, sensitive estradiol, CBC, CMP, lipid, PSA, hematocrit, and SHBG.

Physician consultation

A licensed physician — credentialed in your state — reviews your panel, your medical history, and your goals. Async or sync. Real medicine, not a checkbox form.

Treatment to your door

If clinically appropriate, your physician prescribes a personalized protocol shipped monthly from a 503A compounding pharmacy. Quarterly check-ins. Annual labs included.

The protocol

What's included.

Lab work

Complete baseline panel at intake, follow-up at 8 weeks, then annually. All draws included — at home or at any Quest Patient Service Center.

Physician oversight

Initial consultation plus quarterly check-ins with the same physician throughout your protocol. Direct messaging access between visits. Adjustments made based on labs and how you feel, not by a flowchart.

Medication

Personalized dose of testosterone cypionate, prescribed by your physician and shipped monthly from a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Refrigerated shipping. Discreet packaging. Auto-refill.

Side-effect management

Estrogen, hematocrit, and lipid management built into the protocol. If you need an aromatase inhibitor or related support, your physician adds it without an upcharge.

Member support

Direct line to clinical team for questions about labs, dosing, or symptoms. Shipping and billing handled by a real human, not a chatbot pretending to be one.

Why ANVIL

What we won't do.

We won't promise to make you 25 again. We won't run before-and-after photos. We won't pretend testosterone is a self-help problem or sell you supplements that don't work. We won't lock you into a contract or charge you to leave.

Hormone optimization is medicine. We treat it that way. The result is a service that's clinically sound, radically convenient, and built for men who are paying attention.

"Most clinics charge $400+ a month and require in-person visits. We don't. The medicine is the same. The friction shouldn't be."

Common questions

The short answers.

How much does ANVIL cost?

$99 one-time intake fee plus $199/month subscription. One number. Includes labs, physician oversight, medication, shipping, and any side-effect adjuncts your protocol calls for — no add-ons billed separately. Cancel anytime.

Is this real medicine or a supplement?

Real, FDA-regulated medication prescribed by a licensed physician after lab work. Testosterone cypionate is a Schedule III medication; we follow every applicable rule.

Will I qualify?

Most men over 35 with a free testosterone reading below the optimal range and at least two clinical symptoms qualify. Your physician makes the call after reviewing your labs and history.

What if I have a bad reaction?

Your physician monitors estradiol, hematocrit, and other markers. Side effects are managed in-protocol — no upcharge, no separate visit. If TRT isn't right for you, you stop.
